Experience Care and Precision in

Real Estate

Four Pillars

As with most theories of philosophy and psychology, I have created and rely on a few key components or “pillars” which create a firm foundation for my business practice.

The pillars to Megan Beyer

Real Estate are:

Care –pulling from Homelife’s core values, care is vital to my work. It is of utmost importance that I ensure all my clients feel cared for wholeheartedly and equally.

Connection – as a trained real estate agent and therapist, creating rapport and building a strong connection with my clients is core to creating a positive experience.

Authenticity – I bring my authentic self to everything I do as being genuine and honest not only leads to trust (the fourth pillar to my practice) yet it also allows for a more comfortable, welcoming environment where my clients can likewise be their authentic selves.

Trust – the fourth and most important pillar is trust as it is the basis of every relationship. Without trust, fear and anxiety thrive, and it is of utmost importance to me that I create experiences for my clients that are rather filled with joy and excitement.

Why Practice vs. Business

The answer to this question is rather simple: because I am working with real, breathing, feeling human beings I want to ensure they are not treated as another “number” and rather feel respected, valued, and heard through our time together. The word “business” to me echoes less empathy, whereas “practice” denotes diligence, craft, and care.
